Rates are starting points in CNY and are confirmed after reviewing the project.
2-hour minimum
Photography Session
For editorial, portrait, fashion or travel photography. Access areas and equipment are confirmed in writing; additional hours start at CNY 900.

4 hours · up to 20 guests
Private Event Package
Courtyard access and seating for intimate gatherings of up to 20 guests. Food, layout and reset are agreed in advance; additional hours start at CNY 1,500.

Film Shoot Package
An eight-hour production day. Access, power, lighting, sound and reset needs are reviewed in advance; additional hours start at CNY 1,100.

Project fit, agreed before arrival
People
Private gatherings are limited to 20 guests. Production crew size is confirmed project by project.
Minimum booking
Photography starts at 2 hours, private gatherings at 4 hours and film production at 8 hours.
Access
Rooms and courtyard areas are listed in the written quote. Private living areas are excluded unless expressly approved.
Power and lighting
Clients provide production equipment unless the written quote says otherwise. Power requirements must be declared in advance.
Sound
This is a residential hutong. Amplified or disruptive sound requires prior approval and may not be possible.
Load-in and reset
Lane access, equipment and furniture moves are agreed beforehand; the home must be returned as found.
Insurance and permits
Productions remain responsible for any insurance, permits and professional safety measures their project requires.
A private introduction, dumpling lunch or walk through the surrounding hutongs, hosted at an unhurried pace.
