For private gatherings of up to 20 guests. We’ll agree food, layout and how the space will be returned to its original condition in advance. Additional time starts at CNY 1,500 per hour.

Film & Video Production
An eight-hour production day. We’ll review access, power, lighting, sound and reset needs with you in advance. Additional time starts at CNY 1,100 per hour.

What to agree before arrival
People
Private gatherings are limited to 20 guests. We’ll agree the production crew size for each project.
Minimum booking
Photography starts at 2 hours, private gatherings at 4 hours and film production at 8 hours.
Access
The written quote lists the rooms and courtyard areas you can use. Private living areas are excluded unless we explicitly agree otherwise.
Power and lighting
Please provide your production equipment unless the written quote says otherwise. Tell us about power requirements in advance.
Sound
Our home is in a residential hutong. Amplified sound or noise that may disturb neighbours needs prior approval and may not be possible.
Load-in and reset
We’ll agree lane access and any equipment or furniture moves before arrival. Please return the home to its original condition after use.
Insurance and permits
Productions remain responsible for any insurance, permits and professional safety measures their project requires.
