Our home is in a residential hutong near Shichahai. We’ll send detailed directions after confirming your visit.
Language
Tell us your preferred language. Chinese and English can be arranged directly; Japanese and other language support need advance confirmation.
Children
If you’re coming with children, tell us their ages so we can discuss pacing, food and safety needs.
Access
The historic home has thresholds and uneven surfaces. Please tell us about mobility or seating needs before we confirm the visit.
Photography
Please discuss personal photos with us before your visit. For editorial or commercial photography, use the separate photography enquiry.
Changes and cancellation
No payment is required to send an enquiry. If your plans change, please contact us as soon as you can.
Payment
For a courtyard visit, you can pay on arrival. You may try Alipay; please also bring the agreed amount in RMB cash, as payments funded by overseas cards may not work with our personal QR code. We’ll confirm payment arrangements for lunches and other requests by email.
