Golden Silk Courtyard is a private family home opened by request. These terms explain how enquiries and personal confirmation currently work.
Requests and confirmation
Sending an enquiry or selecting a calendar time does not create a confirmed visit. The family confirms availability, scope and the final price personally, normally within 24 hours Beijing time.
Prices and payment
Published prices are starting prices in CNY. Catering, language arrangements, timing and project requirements may affect the final quote. Online deposits and automatic checkout are not currently enabled.
Changes and cancellation
Because the current website does not take payment, please contact the family as soon as possible if your plans change. Deposit and refund rules will be shown again before any future online payment is enabled.
Respect for the home
The courtyard is a lived-in historic property. Visitors and production teams must follow agreed access, safety, sound, equipment and reset requirements, and remain responsible for permits or insurance their activity requires.
