Golden Silk Courtyard is our private family home, open for visits by appointment. These terms explain how to enquire and how we confirm the arrangements.
Requests and confirmation
Sending an enquiry or selecting a calendar time does not confirm a visit. We check availability and agree on the date, time, scope and final price with you before confirming your booking. We usually reply within 24 hours of receiving an enquiry.
Prices and payment
Published prices are starting prices in CNY. Catering, language arrangements, timing and project requirements may affect the final quote. Online deposits and automatic checkout are not currently available. Courtyard visits can be paid on arrival: you may try Alipay, with the agreed amount in RMB cash as backup. Payment arrangements for lunch and other requests are confirmed by email.
Changes and cancellation
This website does not currently take payment. Please contact us as soon as possible if your plans change. Deposit and refund rules will be shown again before any future online payment is enabled.
Respect for the home
This historic courtyard is still our home. Visitors and production teams must follow the agreed requirements for access, safety, sound, equipment and returning the space to its original condition. They remain responsible for any permits or insurance their activity requires.
